CHANGE

The more things change…the more they remain the same

With more than twenty years of experience in the graphic design industry, I've seen huge amounts of change. Changes in production methodologies, changes in media, changes in the ways we deliver our messages. However, some things have not changed.

The core elements of design have not changed. Balance, line, color, shape, typography, proportion, texture and imagery still remain critical to the development of a visual voice and the effective communication of your message. All too often in today's frenetic pace to deliver content at an ever increasing pace, these crucial elements may not get the attention they deserve. Good design still requires careful consideration and thoughtful execution.

My work experience spans fashion, retail, high-tech and healthcare. I have designed and produced everything from point of purchase signage, print collateral, identity design, direct mail, tradeshow displays to web graphics. I am proficient in all industry standard design tools and I am always working to expand my knowledge.

“Design is relationships. Design is a relationship between form and content.”
